Create This GPT
Go to My GPTs → Create
In ChatGPT, click your profile icon → My GPTs → Create a GPT. Switch to the Configure tab.
Name it
Enter Email Reply Assistant — Frontline Wealth as the name.
Add a description
Paste this description: “Drafts professional, warm client emails for Frontline Wealth Group with compliance guardrails and consistent tone.”
Paste the instructions
In the Instructions field, paste the text from the box below.
Upload reference files
Under Knowledge, upload the three files linked in the Downloads section below. These give the GPT your firm context, compliance rules, and email tone guidelines.
Test it
Click Save (choose “Only me”), then open the GPT and try: “Draft a follow-up email to a client after a meeting where we discussed their retirement timeline and Roth conversion options.” Verify the tone is warm, concise, and free of specific recommendations.
